1. Above offer includes wardrobe, ironmongery, and design as per the drawing shown. If the buyer needs to amend the design after confirmation, the price will be adjusted/amended accordingly.

2. Delivery Terms:30~50 days upon receipt of the Advanced Payment and finalization of all the detailed drawings signed by the client.

3. Terms of Payment: Advanced Payment of 50% at the start of production and the 50% balance before delivery and installation.

4. Any additional works/variations shall be executed on written instructions. The same shall be carried out on mutually agreed rates. Payments for such works shall be made in interim bills. For Fillers more than 10cm, an additional cost with be charged on variation.

5. Five Years Warranty

Warranty Terms & Conditions: This Warranty is not applied in the case of any Damage, Scratches, Dents etc. If the products were exposed to stocks using improper home detergents and other chemicals. Any Damage cause by another contractor is not covered under warranty.

6. Storage: One month free storage included. Additional charges shall apply (300 AED/CBM) after exceeding one month.

7. Creative design concept is custom made as per client requirements. And delays may occur due to this. It depends on special material supply situation , reasonable delay ( max 30 days ) customer should not claim.

8. DoDo Furnitures Trading LLC shall remain the owner in possession of all works, materials and equipment until full payment has been made by the client.

9. DoDo Furnitures Trading LLC will be allowed to take photos of the finished work and posting of the same in its social media platforms for promotion purposes.
