1. Above offer includes wardrobe, ironmongery, and design as per the drawing shown. If the buyer needs to amend the design after confirmation, the price will be adjusted/amended accordingly.

2. Terms of Payment: Advanced Payment of 50% at the start of production and the 50% balance before the delivery and installation.

3. Terms of Delivery: 90 days upon receipt of the Advanced Payment and finalization of all the detailed drawings signed by the client.

4. The client acknowledges/approves the confirmed technical drawings for final production and ensure that all the details were checked against the drawings submitted. Once confirmed, any modification/changes/additional work on the final drawings shall be borne/shouldered by the client. Additional charges shall be computed and agreed accordingly by both parties prior to the start of any new work. Email/whatsapp confirmation shall be considered part of the agreement/contract.

5. Storage: One month free storage included. Additional charges shall apply (300 AED/CBM) after exceeding one month.

6. Creative design concept is custom made as per client requirements. And delays may occur due to this. It depends on special material supply situation , reasonable delay ( max 30 days ) customer should not claim.

7. U-Artist shall remain the owner in possession of all works, materials and equipment until full payment has been made by the client.
